The hallmark of a lot of the cranks I deal with, either here or increasingly via e-mail (boy do I get mail now), is that they seem unable to maintain a coherent argument. Warner Todd Huston has the same problem in his latest RedState article, as the following two quotes (which appear consecutively in the same paragraph) attest to. He is responding to the suggestion of some evil atheist traitor that the USA might be represented by a tank:
